Laboratory and Testing

Thanks to PROVULCO, you can test the mechanical properties of any belts you possess, whether new or already in use, at our BRI (Belt Rubber Institute) conveyor belt lab.

 

Current standards

Tests are carried out to check compliance with the current standards applicable to textile, steel-cord-reinforced and metal conveyor belts as well as for a range of compounds and covers.

Supervision and installation

On-site specialists

If you’d like to have an independent observer to assess the quality of splicing work being carried out on your behalf, PROVULCO can despatch a specialist who will be present on-site for the duration of your project.

Training

At our Belt Rubber Institute (BRI) training centre, end users, installation and maintenance companies and suppliers can sign up to various academic and practical training programmes relating to the field of rubber conveyor belt solutions. These courses last for 2 to 5 days.

Tailored to suit individuals of all levels of experience, our various courses cover the fundamental principles and technical skills necessary for successful conveyor belt system management, ranging from a basic introduction to conveyor belts for beginners to belt calculation, installation and maintenance for more seasoned hands.
